Getting Closer

We are still focused on getting Voila out on her first adventure of the year. Although Fox's is doing an excellent job, we find it frustrating with no control over the schedule. One day at a time...
Pictures will give you an update on what has been happening. One weekend we rented a car to run a variety of errands including groceries, laundry and doctor's appointment. It also gave us an opportunity to visit with our friend Candy in Orford. We had met at St. Katharine's Dock two years ago. It was such fun to catch up.

We have been getting to know a few of the locals. Dessert wine and conversation on a classic yacht across the dock was a pleasant way to spend an evening. A young couple who are living on and rebuilding a boat still in the yard have kindly taken some of the excess weight off of Voila :). They are working hard to put their boat in the water and to start a new business. We have enjoyed sampling the fresh sauces they have created. https://thefreshsauce.co/
